I want to have an impact on the better work of specialists and engineers, which will improve the quality of processes and products.
I have 10 years of experience in quality management in the aerospace industry. For most of that time, I managed a team of engineers and quality inspectors in an international environment.
In 2018, I created online learning platform. To date, thousands of engineers have used it, improving their skills and finding their dream jobs. The total number of training courses completed by our trainees is more than 12,000.
Blog inzynierjakosci.pl is the largest collection of articles, quality tools and advice in Poland. I have also created a community around the blog where we exchange knowledge.

Jestem z wykształcenia inżynierem, absolwentem Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie. Przez 10 lat pracy w przemyśle silników odrzutowych w zakresie zarządzania jakością, wzbogaciłem swoje umiejętności o wiedzę praktyczną.
Cała moja kariera zawodowa związana była z zarządzaniem jakością dostaw od wyboru i kwalifikacji dostawców, poprzez utrzymanie jakości, wdrażanie nowych projektów aż po fazy wychodzenia z biznesu przy braku spełnienia oczekiwanych rezultatów.
Przez większość mojej kariery zarządzałem zespołem oraz projektami w międzynarodowym środowisku. Doskonaliłem tę umiejętność na studiach podyplomowych na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim w Krakowie
Od lat interesuje się najnowszymi metodami, narzędziami i technologiami dostępnymi w internecie. Dzięki temu buduje zautomatyzowane rozwiązania do zarządzania swoimi projektami, ale również projektami klientów.
